Parent/guardian members of mini & junior players, senior playing members and social members

  • Are eligible to vote in the AGM
  • May apply for the club’s allocation of International tickets
  • Receive reduced gate price for senior matches including free entry for children U16 and younger
  • Enjoy subsidised rates at the bar
  • Entry to leagues competitions, festivals and tournaments for playing members

Colts

Welcome to the new Colts, and to those entering their senior Colts season.
Colt members are not eligible to vote in the AGM, but are eligible for a stash pack upon starting their first Colts year, typically their U17 Junior Colts year.

 


 

Minis (up to U12) and Juniors (U13 to U16)

Thank you for choosing to play your rugby with us at Wilmslow Rugby Club. We really hope that you

enjoy learning new rugby & multi-sports skills, making new friends, winning & losing with pride in

your team & your club. Your membership includes match fees, festival entry fees and a hot dog each week (U6) or at every home match (all other M&J players)

 

The club continues to work hard to avoid price increases. In 2025/6 we will once again offer Early Bird discounted membership for payment before 30 September, as well as a monthly option for those who prefer to spread the payment. You can pay with bank transfer, debit or credit card.

Your membership includes:

  • Specialist coaching from club + invited coaches
  • Eligibility (parent) to apply for the club’s allocation of International tickets
  • All tournament, cup & festival entry fees in applicable age groups
  • Hot dog or equivalent at home matches
  • U6 hot dog or equivalent when training at the club during the main season
  • Access to high quality coaching aids & match equipment
  • Members are welcome throughout the year to use the bar, when open, and to use the grounds for kicking / passing practice when not in use for matches
  • All drinks at the bar are discounted for members

 

Players & visitors are covered by the relevant club insurances whilst enjoying rugby & club-organised activities at the club.

 

The club does appreciate the wider economic situation and how it impacts many of us. If you have

concerns about membership, or (club) kit, please approach your age group Head Coach or Gavin McManus, Age Grade Chair, in. confidence. We want to welcome and include as many M&J players as want to play, and the club may be able to help.
